States Vote to Ban UN Agenda 21 Policies

Activist Post: Susanne Posel

The New Hampshire House of Representatives voted to ban UN Agenda 21 polices.

This legislation will prevent local, county and state governments from adopting the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) programs.

ICLEI is a UN agency that provides “local” community plans, software and training to towns and cities that pay their dues. Other private organizations in league with ICLEI are:

National League of Cities
International City/County Management Group
National Governors Association
American Planning Group

“I know it is totally against our Constitution from reading the U.N. biodiversity assessment,” Rep. Anne Cartwright (R-Alstead), the primary sponsor of the bill. “It’s through local initiative that it is being implemented in bits and pieces to erode our property rights.” Cartwright believes ICLEI is attempting to remove individual property rights through sustainable development.

Cartwright said: “They are very slowly implementing rules and regulations that have not reached a high level yet. They are implementing it through zoning, planning and regional planning things that impact our property rights.”

NH is not the only state to pass anti-Agenda 21 legislation:
  • In Kansas a resolution was approved that quashed Agenda 21 from taking over the state.
  • Tennessee also resolved an anti-Agenda 21 resolution that failed to receive Governor Bill Haslam’s signature.
  • The Arizona House of Representatives voted down a ban that resembles the NH ban.
  • Louisiana and Alabama have resolutions against Agenda 21 that are still under consideration.
  • Irving, Texas Mayor Beth Van Duyne and city manager Tommy Gonzalez pushed back by withdrawing membership from ICLEI. (Continue reading)

    Sustainable Living: Rural America

Nothing like a 10 mile ride to town.

Transition Towns has created a plan to transform our communities to live sustainably for years to come. Their plan to build community around the organic production of food. Their concepts won't happen overnight, rather they'll move toward these goals slowly, with time frames in place.

The following video presents the work of a small group of people, but it is still fairly mindful of what will be done. 2050 is apparently the target year the U.N. hopes to have their Agenda 21 plan in place. A comment is made in the video about the rural areas transforming and will serve the cities with food. This is also true, according to this article. Innocuous speech is used in the executive order, but the author already knows the direction Agenda 21 is taking the world.

    See what you think.

Occult Meaning of Earth Summit Logo

The logo for the Rio+20 conference was a mystery for me, so I asked a friend, who has a lot of knowledge about occult symbolism, what the logo means. This is what he said:
"The top part is the male - female union, then the masonic steps with the lowly chattel (slave) below. So it says, "When you reach the top of the masonic staircase, you will have balanced your male and female energies. While all those who are not initiated will be sacrificed [by fire/blood]. This is why the man is in red."
"Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known... And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:26 + 28

UN Receives Agenda 21 Funding from World Governments and Corporations

Governments and private sector corporations have pledged to fund the United Nations’ endeavors toward global governance with a generous $513 billion for Agenda 21 project that will restrict the movements of humans, perverse biodiversity and assist the UN in attaining their Millennium Development Goals.

Secretary-General Sha Zukang of the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD) said that over 692 monetary promises were given to the UN.

    Secretary-General Sha Zukang

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was thrilled that so much money had been given to the UN. “These huge numbers give a sense of the scale and growth of investment going into sustainable development. They are part of a growing global movement for change. Our job now is to create a critical mass, an irresistible momentum.”

Corporations like PepsiCo, and Virgin’s CEO Richard Branson project Carbon War Room are receiving $2 billion from the US government.

Jose-Angel Gurria, secretary-general of the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development, explained: “Without the private sector it’s not going to work. While governments put up the seed money, the big numbers come from the private sector. The private sector is looking at green growth with great interest, seeing it as an opportunity, as jobs, as investment.”

Academia and universities in places like Bejing, Sydney, Paris and New York will conduct and fund Agenda 21 projects on mega-city sustainability. Most of the $1 trillion allotted will go to projects in turbine, solar, biofuel and geothermal energy.

Manish Bapna, acting president of the World Resources Institute (WRI), a Washington-based environmental research group, said: “There’s no doubt that Rio+20 fell short. But it’s a mistake to conflate what happened here with what’s happening on the ground. You just need to look beyond the walls of the conference to find real-world examples of action.”

The Natural Resources Defense Council will target specific commitments concerning environmental advocacy that is intended to coerce the public into making the much needed rally cry for the new sustainable changes to our lives that the global Elite want to implement.

Bjorn Lomborg, professor at Copenhagen Business School, admonishes the follow-through records of governments as “very poor” and says they should be made to follow the recommendations set out at the conference in Rio. Lomborg explains that the UN has turned to corporations to help them.

Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State supports the incorporation of the Agenda 21 movement. She remarked that:

“sustainability won’t happen without business investment. Governments alone cannot solve all the problems we face, from climate change to persistent poverty to chronic energy shortages. That’s why we are so strongly in favor of partnerships.” (Read more)

    Secretary of State Hillary Clinton
As you listen to Hillary's speech, you can hear how a money-making scheme is being devised to create a new industrial revolution, based on sustainable development. Towards the end, she makes a comment about an inclusive economy, and that "women are essential drivers of sustainable development." Women will be awarded by having universal access to family planning - eugenics with a smile. This will be supported by an upcoming international agreement.

Agenda 21: Coming to a Library Near You

If you believe that Agenda 21 hasn't come to your community yet, you'll think twice after you read this. ICMA, the International City/County Management Association, has been working behind the scenes to develop community partnerships that develop and advance professional local government management to create sustainable communities that are supposed to improve lives worldwide.[1] Just as many of these Agenda 21 programs have been meeting in churches, because it provides the look of being neutral therefore trustworthy, they also meet in libraries - but it's more than that. Since libraries are an integral part of communities, ICMA has set up residence within the public library system with a plan to develop strong sustainable communities.

ICMA has completed the Local Government and Public Libraries Partnership Initiative, which is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. As part of this initiative, ICMA formed an advisory committee and hosted a meeting to enable managers to explore their role as advocates for libraries and how libraries relate to quality of life and community sustainability, one of ICMA’s long-term priorities.[2][3]

Let's look at it this way:

     Bill Gates + State/Local Agencies = UN Agenda 21 in your city/county

Since ICMA has gotten its foot in the door at the state level, it is able to reach communities of all sizes, and they come bearing financial gifts for those who cooperate.

ICMA maintains close ties to state-based associations of local government.

In the following video, Jill Nishi, Deputy Director of U.S. Libraries Initiative, discusses the role of public libraries. She leads a team to bring computer and Internet access to disadvantaged (underdeveloped) communities through the nation’s public libraries.[4]

    (YouTube link)

This isn't all about providing computers to small communities - it's about sustainability and the control grid being placed into communities that are not metropolitan areas via libraries. They provide local training to participants and prepare them for the brave new world we are about to live in.

    An Example
The library below is in the small city next to the rural area I live in. It is part of Bill Gates library initiative and it is being supported by a few local corporations bearing financial gifts. About a year ago, I learned about the collaborative effort of Connect Southside and Southside Community Partners, and have always been suspicious of them. I was mainly suspicious because I felt the library was a strange place for a nonprofit resource center to set up business.

Partnership and partners are communitarian buzzwords.

When I learned about their program, I signed up for the Connect Southside email mailing list. I received information that relates to this aspect of Southside Community Partners today.

(Click on image for a close-up.)

Essentially, Southside Community Partners is sponsoring a summit promoting sustainability and building the infrastructure of Petersburg, VA. The keynote speaker is from the socialist state of Illinois, and is a national expert on community development and housing and their alignment with the improvement of public education and regional policy. Do you see where this is taking us?

The speaker was previously the Director of the Chicago Working Group of The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation [known globalists] and has in-depth experience in the coordination of community development corporations, state and local government, financial institutions and foundations around these issues.[5]

(Click on image for a close-up.)

ICMA, the organization Southside Community Partners have partnered with, works in cooperation with Local Governments for Sustainability (ICLEI); Center for American Progress (a think tank); National League of Cities; and U.S. Green Building Council. Sustainability goals and guiding principles are promoted through the handbook they wrote together.

There are 81 goals and 10 principles that they hope will become the new national standard. These goals and principles are designed to create a performance management framework from which all future sustainability projects and policies can be judged.[6]

Agenda 21 is in the process of Greening the Town. Green libraries are a part of the future exchange of information. Communitarian policies will be affecting all of us before we know it, even those in rural areas. Transition is coming.

Agenda 21 & Transition Towns: The Green Kiss of Death

Agenda 21 has many tentacles and eventually everyone will be affected by their plan. It includes some of the changes that are presently being put into place for the sake of the planet and future generations. These grassroots policies, which are not grassroots at all, are part of a totalitarian plan to design a world that controls the actions and movements of every individual on the planet. The green cities will become prison cities, and residents will unknowingly enable the planners to assist in their satanically-inspired plan.

The following video is a production by a member of the controlled opposition. He is referred to as a conspiracy theorist, but upon further research you'll learn that everything in the video is true.

Transition Towns is an Agenda 21-driven community plan to assist cities and towns to place a strangle-hold on their residents lives. Feel good programs that build community are slowly transitioning our world into a collectivist society - and make you feel good while you're doing it. Interdependence within every community will be encouraged, but as the policies continue to be put into place it will end up becoming a necessity for our own survival. The Agenda 21 proposals are a kiss of death, and globalists are proud of their achievements. They will eventually achieve their goal of peace on Earth.

"For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."
